We will refund your amount excluding the administration fee of either 50% or £100, whichever lower, according to the package you purchased. However, you have an option to either request for a change of designer or avail the redraw facility available in your package.
Our liability is limited to the payment received from you against the project. In case you cancel a project and receive refund, you acknowledge having no right (express or implied) to use or sell any concept or other work product provided to you. The Copyright strictly remains the sole property of DesigntripleW and you are in anyway NOT allowed to use our design or other work product even as reference. Our general turnaround time for each draft is 2-3 business days. We guarantee to work on the given timeline unless any discrepancy occurs. Working process starts at the day of submission of your creative brief, content, pictures, instructions etc. (requirement depends on project fundamentals). If the information required to proceed with the project is not sufficient, we cannot assign it to any designer. If in case, any information is required, our customer representative will contact you for additional detail.
