The Process
The initial design process includes project brief that helps us study major aspects of your business and requirements for your project. The process is followed up by a design consultant assigned dedicatedly to assist you on each step of your project phase. With wide variety of choice in concepts, there is a better chance that you find perfect finished design or services that you are looking for. We have a simple and easy process for taking your project to the finished line.
Following is a step by step description on how our process works.
Place Order
Select a package that fits best to your preferences and requirements. Follow our step by step process to submit your order. It is very simple and takes only few minutes.
Project Brief
Project brief is requested to ensure that we understand your business and your vision well. If you have any trouble filling in the project brief, our customer care specialists will be right there to guide you on each step.
View Concepts
You can view, revise or approve drafts online created by our professional designers. Your concept will be displayed in the ‘Project Organizer’. Incase of any difficulty, you can contact our customer care staff for your assistance.
View Revisions
After you select a draft, you can revise it as per your preferences. The revision is based on the feedback that you provide in the Project Organizer.
Finished
Finalize your project when you are satisfied with the revised draft. Final project file will be emailed to you with standard formats. They will also be available in your panel.
Our Process In Detail
Place Order
Once you select the right package that fits best for your project and budget needs, you are directed to our Order and Billing section to make your purchase. If you are already a customer, you are required to login to your account – if you are a new customer, you are requested to get registered and create new account. Here you are asked to give basic detail about yourself such as your name, contact number, postal and e-mail address etc. This information will be used for further correspondences.
You no more have to worry about transactional security. It is 100% secure as we require no credit card information for your payments. All purchases are made through PayPal and Google Checkout.
Our billing form is simple and is divided into easy steps. Once you have made your payment, and checked out of the billing section, you are emailed a project brief within 24 hours time of placing your order.
Project Brief
After confirmation of your order, you are provided with a project brief to fill information about your business, target market, competitors, etc. Your answers will help introduce us to your company and get acquainted with your business ethics, code and strategies. This information also helps and makes it easier for us to translate designs according to your preferred style and preferences. There is no risk of your data being breached as we ensure that you information is kept secure and confidential!
The designs are developed to fulfill your business purpose, and at the same time appeals to you and your customers. If you find difficulty in filling out the form, you can contact us for assistance or can submit brief only with information that outlines your company profile. Incase we find any issue with the brief or find less information to proceed with the project, our representatives will contact you for additional info. We cannot assign any project to the designer with incomplete information.
View Concepts
Once you submit the brief, it is sent out to the creative department for designers to view. Your description is thoroughly analyzed and brainstormed amongst the designers and the team lead. The designs are purely based on your given information, the more clear direction and instructions you provide, the higher are chances to deliver a perfect design.
After reviewing the first draft (in your panel), you will be required to provide feedback and instructions on the design that appeals to you and best suits your business. Our team will work further on the design to make necessary adjustments as per your instructions.
The number of concepts and revisions depends on the package you select. The higher the package is, the more options and variety you get on the designs.
View Revisions
Once you are done with selecting a concept or a design, you are asked to complete a revision brief to guide our designers on amendments you need done. Your notes and specific comments help designers to understand your perspective, and guide them to enhance and portray your vision into the designs provided.
Your revised concepts can be reviewed in your panel. If you have any questions or are having trouble putting your ideas into words, you are welcome to contact your account manager for assistance. Your account manager is professionally trained to assist you during the revision process and discuss ideas with you that you might be considering.
Finished
After you are done with the revision phase, and are satisfied with the design, you are required to submit finalization note officially in the panel for records. Your final draft is sent to you for final review before sending out the files. Once we get a confirmation note from you, your final formats will be prepared and out sent immediately. We have several final formats that will be available for you to download. Final formats for different services are as follows.
Logos: AI, PDF, PNG and JPG
Stationery: AI, PDF and JPG
Website: PSD, CSS, HTML, (FLA, SWF and PHP if included in your website)
